The store owner is a real live luthier who has built over 50 acoustic and electric guitars so we can repair or upgrade just about anything you might have a problem with. We also do a lot of repairs to fiddles, mandolins, banjos, etc. Basically just about anything with strings. |
| Experience: |
The owners family has an extended history of musical talent. They are all musicians and perform regularly as church staff musicians and often are invited to perform gospel music in the local area at other churches and other events. The dad, Lee, is the full time luthier and has in excess of 12 years experience doing this full time, not to mention many years of occasional dabbling. The store is blessed with lots of experience and talent and the upcoming grandchildren are stepping right in line and already performing with the family and helping Papaw in the workshop. |

Lee's Guitar Shop originated as an in-home luthier and repair shop about 12 years ago and evolved into a full line music store located in a small town Southwest Missouri. We carry stringed instruments, accessories, sound equipment, percussion and accessories, and lots more. We also perform repairs, upgrading, and custom building on-site featuring a full time luthier with years of building and repair experience right here in the store. |

Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase. We accept Paypal, Credit Cards over the phone, Money Orders from major institutions, and Personl Checks from USA customers. Items will not ship until payment method has cleared and/or posted. |

We ship within 48 business hours of receiving your cleared payment. If available we will provide a tracking number to you depending on the shipping method used. We ship USPS and UPS. We will ship international but you must contact us before ordering to check for import or package size restrictions. Customer pays all shipping and insurance cost unless we offer free shipping in our price. |

If you are not happy with any of our products, contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will either replace, repair, or refund your purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs. All new items are covered by the manufacturer and most of these items will need to be returned to them directly unless other arrangements are made. Items damaged in shipping will be handled through the shipper and we encourage you to purchase insurance provided by them. |
